Drive north to visit the mountain itself or to head into the Glen Nevis Range, or set your inner witch or wizard loose with a trip to the Glenfinnan Viaduct, a spectacular location used in the Harry Potter films.

Facilities: The property itself is expansive. It has five bedrooms – four doubles and one twin – so you can sleep up to ten guests here. If it’s romance you’re after, Little Tigh Clovelly is a great choice. The cottage is an adorable little annexe of the owner’s property, just outside the hamlet of Gairlochy, near Spean Bridge. It’s perfectly tranquil and secluded, meaning you and your loved one will feel like the only two people in the world.
However, that doesn’t mean it’s in the middle of nowhere! Spean Bridge is less than 3 miles away, and there you’ll find a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes to keep you well fed. The larger town of Fort William is about 10 miles away, so it’s easy to reach by car.
Spend your days relaxing in your cosy cottage or venturing out to explore Glen Nevis. Take a stroll along the Caledonian Canal or around Loch Linnhe, tick something off your bucket list with a climb up Ben Nevis, or just go on a pub crawl. Cheers!

Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining area is surprisingly spacious. You’ll find everything you need to do just that in the kitchen.
If the sun is shining, you’ll be able to enjoy some al fresco dining out on your own patio area, which offers lovely views over to River Lochy and the surrounding glen.
