Just a short stroll from the apartment, you will find yourself at Goodrington’s sandy beach, with its colourful beach huts and endless watersport activities including pedalos for hire, paddleboats and windsurfing. The UK’s largest waterpark, Quaywest Park, is also located virtually on the beach, and with its eight waterslides, small splash pool and swimming pool it is the best place for those looking for a little adrenaline rush during their holiday. For those looking for a quieter way to spend their holiday, Goodrington Sands also offers a beach restaurant and cafe as well as sun loungers, beach huts and deck chairs for hire.

Within walking distance of Sidmouth High Street, with its boutique shops, cafes and tea rooms, this delightful cottage has direct access to the South West Coast Path. The path is accessible from the seafront, where you will also be able to hire kayaks and paddleboards. There are plenty of dog-friendly attractions and sandy beaches nearby for you and your four-legged friends to enjoy. However, if you’d like to spend an afternoon away from the coast, Bicton Park Botanical Gardens offers a laid-back day out with 64 acres of beautiful parkland and gardens to explore.
Facilities: This newly renovated cottage, with its beautiful hanging baskets, provides a quaint, romantic getaway for a couple looking for a short break at the seaside with their dog. Inside, you will find a compact, open-plan living space with a table and chairs, a comfortable sofa, a modern kitchen and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including a microwave, fridge and even a washing machine! The staircase leads to a mezzanine level, complete with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a relaxing rainfall shower.
