This beautiful property is tucked away in the grounds of a manor house, between the folly and the walled garden. What better location is there from which to explore the stunning Welsh countryside with your canine companion? The small hamlet of Cilybebyll is just a mile away, as is the small village of Rhos, which has a post office, pub, village shop and even a fish & chip shop. You can access many walking trails and cycle paths directly from the cottage making this a great base for any keen walkers or cyclists. For those looking for a more sedate holiday activity, head to nearby Neath or Swansea for some retail therapy, or pay a visit to some wonderful tea rooms or cafes.
Facilities: This stunning cottage was once a school for servants and children and can sleep up to four guests in two bedrooms. The beautiful country-style kitchen has a lovely range cooker as well as a washer and tumble dryer. The sitting room provides a warm and cosy place for you to relax and catch up with friends in the evening in front of the large woodburning stove. One of the top highlights of this property though has to be the orangery. Garth Morthin The Farmhouse

This beautiful stone cottage is part of a small complex near the Welsh town of Porthmadog. The two-bedroom detached property, situated in the rolling Welsh countryside, is surrounded by stunning views and is close to beautiful beaches. The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog is nearby with plenty of independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. Porthmadog is also home to the Welsh Highland Railway, where you can travel by steam through the spectacular Snowdonia Mountains.
There is so much to do in this area of Wales, including taking a visit to the magical Portmeirion Village which is just a short drive along the coast. Portmeirion is a tourist village built between 1925 and 1975 in the style of an Italian village and is now owned by a charitable trust. With its stunning architecture, woodland gardens and coastal views, all surrounded by wonderful sandy beaches, it is a must-visit if you are staying in the area. Other attractions nearby include the castles at Criccieth and Harlech, as well as the famous Zip World Slate Caverns and Bounce Below, where you can have a go on the thrilling zip wires and explore the underground caverns.

Enter the property, and step into the light and airy conservatory which provides the most gorgeous place to sit and relax after a busy day. There is a large and bright open-plan living area with a wood burning stove, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen.
